Added Missing DLLs

It has been a persistent issue now that people have not been able to play my games due to a selection of missing DLL files. As the engine that I use relies on Visual C++, it's important that I attempt to work around this issue and to that end I have updated the game files to include the common missing DLLs.
Hopefully this will alleviate the issue for those who have been struggling to play.

Which file does it say is missing?
it says http file not found on server
That's odd, it shouldn't be relying on a server at all. I'll look into this.
